The fish feed pellet machine is mainly used for producing pellet feed of all kinds of animals including fish, pets, livestocks and poultry, etc
This kind of machine can be making all kinds of fish feed, the pellets can be floating on water for over 24 hours.Used for Agriculture,Poultry feed making plant,Stock farm,Poultry farm etc
Have many raw materials can be used for this type machine.Such as corn, soy bean, sorghum, barley, grain, legumes, rice, maize, corn stalks, peanut skins, corn stems, clover, grass, peanut shoots, rice straw, wheat straw etc. But the raw material should be powder size and water content requirement is 15%-20% before granulating.
Our fish feed pellet extruder machine can produce different shapes and sizes of pet food.120-150kg/h, 200kg/h, 500kg/h,1 ton/h and 1.5ton,3-4tons/h etc.

Fish feed pellet machine repair and maintenance
1) Should promptly raise the bearing housing oil (fuel oil level in sight tube located in the center line of bearing box below.)After running 500 hours, all replaced.(New machine should be oil change after 300 hours of operation).
2) Reducer periodic oil changes.
3) Other periodic lubrication bearing parts.
4) Replacement of wearing parts (extrusion screw, steam plugs, gaskets, etc.), the application of copper bar tap, not hit with a hard weight, expansion chamber, or place heavy objects on the station were forbidden.
5) Raw materials should be clean-up, non-metal and other foreign matter into the machine.

7) Extruded material at any time check the quality, attention to replacement of wearing parts.
8) Keep the equipment clean around.
