Our ring die wood pellet mills are our new design high capacity wood pellet machine,this machine use the ring die to make wood pellet.It can make full use of biomass material such as the hard material wood sawdust,wood chips,tree branch,log and the other forest waste,what is more it also can make pellet from the soft material like grass,stalk,rice husk,cotton stalk,straw,peanut shell,coconut shell, oil cake and any other things.
The final product of the wood sawdust and other wood materials can be 8-12mm for fuel use,the soft feed pellet can be 4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm which is easy for the animal to digest.
Working process of this ring die fuel machine
Raw materials collect- crushing- drying- pellet press-pellet cooling-pellet packing
1)The material to make pellet should be less than 3-5mm,if it is too big that is very easy to damage the roller and mold,the capacity of the machine will reduce.so the material should be crushed at first!
2)The suitable moisture of the material to make pellet is 15%-20%,too dry there will be much dust and too wet it will be block the mold hole.
3)Material through the pellet machine pressing then forming into pellet,there will be some heat in the pellet.So it need to be cool for about 40minutes on the ground by the flowing air or through the pellet cooler for minutes then can be packed,this can avoid the heat damage the packing bag!
