Working process of the pelletizer
Our pelletizer machine can make all kinds of solid grain into small Raw materials ----- Crushing-----Drying------ Pelleting pressing----- Pellet Cooling -------Pellet Packing1)At first the raw materials should be crushed into 3-5mm powder
2)Then reduce the materials moisture to 15%-20%,too dry there will be much dust and too wet it will be block the mold hole.
3After the getting the pellet from the pellet machine,it need to be cool for about 40minutes on the ground by the flowing
air or through the pellet cooler for minutes then can be packed,this can avoid the heat damage the packing bag!
